Whoever buys a new house always want to change something. No difference with us although the house itself was perfect; the garden was not. Last week we took the ugly invasive hedge in the front out and replaced it with succulent plants. These (merely African origin) still have to grow to cover a large part of the wooden fence. Later this year (South African Spring) we’ll fill the gaps up and we still have to plant some creepers in front. See for yourself (the top photo was taken in July last year):
