The Overberg region in the Western Cape, South Africa, has some interesting historical museums. The Shipwreck Museum in Bredasdorp is one of these. There is a nice collection of figureheads. Others worthwhile the visit are the museums in Elim (opposite the church), The Drosdy Museum in Swellendam and the Genadendal Mission Museum.
