YouTube weekend greetings

A YouTube we made a year ago. Have a nice weekend all.

Weekend Greetings from the wonderful skies in ….

This Youtube (opening in new window) shows it all.

And this is just a little preview:

YouTube Stanford Part 2

This morning we compiled a slideshow of recently made pictures in Stanford. Most of these are not published in this blog. We added them to our YouTube channel. It’s a low resolution presentation of the village with its nightlife (not much), some of its buildings, dogs and candid portraits of some villagers in the local coffee corner at Morton Street. See for yourself and enjoy!

We’ve been messing around…

…. earlier today; just by random selecting some pictures for a slide show which you can enjoy on YouTube. These are all pictures we shot during the last 6 months in and around our village and there is absolute no logic in the sequence. Yes, we’ve been messing around a bit. The YouTube does not have the best quality but provides the viewer at least with some impression of an extraordinary village, somewhere in nowhere in South Africa. In case you are interested in a higher quality just email your request to greenc -at- and we’ll send you an MPEG-4 file of 15.4 MB (make first sure that your ISP allows you to receive such large files; some ISP’s don’t allow files of over 5MB for example). You are Welcome!

With thanks to Anton Boshof (the ‘Green House’, Blue Moon), Hair by Belinda (styling model Natasha), Natasha van der Merwe (model), Karuna Pooke (model), Food4Thought, Nonkosinati, Springfontein Winery, Stanford, River Lodge and all the others

Flowers in our garden

Except for the Youtubes you find in the left collumn we made more of those. The latest one “Flowers in our Garden” is one we really like to promote. The Green Cathedral of South Africa is not a tourist attraction but we really want to share it all with you. All pictures in this YouTube are made with a Sony Snapshooter and edited as is (no photoshopping) with freeware. In the very near future we will work with a professional (video/photo) camera plus an Apple with Adobe CS6 Premium Production that includes amongst other Photoshop and PremierePro. It will take a a few months of playing and a few extra months sweat and tears but than …. well we’ll keep you informed.

First YouTube about Stanford

With a bit of puzzling we succeeded to compile some pictures of the past 12 months in a YouTube presentation about Stanford.

You can also watch it in the left collumn of this blog with some other YouTubes we made. This YouTube is just a first impression; that’s why the addition Part 1.

Some of the pictures we also used in this blog but anyhow here are some thumbnails:
